Enrolment Fees

The following fees are applicable upon application and enrolment.

Please note that all fees stated are exclusive of SST.

Placement Test Fee

Placement Test:

RM150

Non-refundable & must be paid before test is taken.

Application Fee:

RM1,300

Non-refundable fee, this is payable upon submission of an application.

Registration Fee:

RM4,550

Non-refundable fee & non-transferable unless the school rejects the registration.

Security Deposit:

RM6,000

Refundable with a written withdrawal notice submitted at least one full term in advance, subject to a deduction of RM1,500 per student for withdrawals more before completing Year 11.

Fee structure

1. Does the fees cover everything my child needs at school?

Our tuition covers core academic programs, the Islamic Curriculum, and use of school facilities. However, items like uniforms, textbooks, meals, transport, and extra-curricular activities are billed separately so parents can choose what suits their child best. This approach also helps families better compare international school fees in Malaysia.

We offer flexible payment options to suit different family needs. Parents may choose to pay the school fees termly (across three terms per academic year) or opt for full annual payment, which comes with an additional 5% discount on tuition fees for upfront settlement.

Yes! We offer a 10% tuition fee discount for each child after the first. We also have a loyalty discount for families who continue with us over the years—starting from 2.5% in the second year, up to 10% from the fifth year onwards.

Yes. The Security Deposit is refundable upon your child’s withdrawal from the school, provided that a written withdrawal notice is submitted at least one full term in advance. Please note that an administrative fee of RM1,500 per student will be deducted for withdrawals made before the completion of Year 11, and the remaining balance of the Security Deposit will be refunded accordingly.

What food options are available for students at the school?

Students have two dining options available at our school. Parents may opt for the school meal plan, which provides daily breakfast and lunch throughout the term. The meal plan menu and pricing will be shared in advance by the caterer for parents’ reference. Alternatively, students may purchase their meals directly from the school canteen, which offers a variety of food choices including local dishes, pastries, snacks, and a selection of beverages.

We do not operate our own school bus service. However, we work with several private/external transport service providers who offer transportation options for our students. Availability is subject to the service provider’s coverage areas, and parents may contact the providers directly to arrange transportation based on their location and requirements.

The academic year at Seven Skies Islamic International School runs from September to July, with the long school holiday taking place throughout August. The academic year is divided into three terms, with scheduled term breaks provided throughout the year to support students’ learning and wellbeing.
