Seven Skies International School Wins “Best Islamic School” at META 2025
Malaysia Education TVET Awards (META) 2025.
Alhamdulillah, we are blessed to share a momentous achievement for Seven Skies Islamic International School, having been named the Best Islamic School at the Malaysia Education & TVET Awards (META) 2025.
In its 4th edition, META serves as a distinguished platform organised by Education + TVET Asia, recognising the outstanding contributions made in Malaysia’s education and vocational training sectors. This year’s ceremony, an invitation-only occasion, was graciously officiated by YB Datuk Ts Mustapha Sakmud, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, and took place on 28 August 2025 at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
The awards garnered an impressive 225 nominations from various educational sectors, including universities, colleges, schools, homeschool networks, training and skills centers, enrichment programs, preschools, and education technology providers. Following careful evaluation by a respected panel of experts in education, training, and media, 60 exemplary recipients were selected to be honored.
This award is not only a recognition of our achievements but also a celebration of Seven Skies’ holistic vision of education, where the principle of “Character Before Excellence” and the teachings of Islam are intricately woven into our curriculum and daily practices. Being named the Best Islamic School serves as a powerful affirmation of our commitment to nurturing both academic prowess and moral integrity, in accordance with the values taught by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
This honor is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our passionate educators, resilient students, supportive parents, and the entire SSI community. It is through our collective efforts and cooperation that we are able to uplift one another and strive towards excellence in both this life (dunya) and the Hereafter (akhirah).
As we move forward, we ask Allah (SWT) to continue guiding us on this noble path of education, to empower our students with knowledge that is beneficial, and to instill in them the character and leadership qualities that reflect Islamic values. Together, let us celebrate not only this award but our shared vision of cultivating well-rounded individuals who are equipped to contribute positively to society and serve their communities with Allah in Heart and Dunya in the hands.
