APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

• I/We accept these terms and conditions for the named applicant to be registered at Seven Skies International School.
• I/We understand that the information provided including photographs of the applicant will be held by Seven Skies International
• School and will only be used for marketing and social media for school purposes.
• I/We have submitted the following documents as the requirement for the admission process:
o Completed application form
o 2 recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant
o 2 recent passport-sized photographs of each parent
o Photocopies of passport/birth certificate of the applicant
o 1 Photocopy of each parent’s NRIC/passport
o Previous years academic records & recent results
o Letter of conduct and behaviour from the previous school
o School leaving certificate
o Copy of student’s medical card (including all Immunization/Vaccination records)

• I/We understand that if we do not provide all the information as requested, my child’s
• admission may be affected.
• I/We agree to all Enrolment Terms & Conditions of Seven Skies International School.
• I/We abide by all the fee schedules and ensure prompt payment of fees.
• I/We abide by the Seven Skies International School Admission Policies, Guidelines
• and Protocols.
• I/We abide by the Seven Skies International School Values and Code of Conduct.
